SHIPPING POLICY

UK DELIVERY

Our aim is to dispatch all UK mainland orders within 5 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays) from your order confirmation unless stated differently within the product description. Orders placed after 3.30pm will be accepted onto our system the next working day.

All UK orders under £80.00 will incur a shipping cost of £4.99

All order’s are dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force 2-3 day delivery services. So you should receive your order within 7-8 working days of your order.

FREE DELIVERY

Free standard delivery is applied to UK mainland orders over the value of £80. All UK mainland orders will be dispatched within 5 working days, unless specified in the item description. All UK Orders under £80.00 will incur a shipping cost of £4.99

MISSED DELIVERY

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point further information is also available from the tracking links sent. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery or collect the goods resulting in them being returned or us having to arrange another delivery for you, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred. This also applies if the delivery address you supplied was incorrect or incomplete delivery, which resulted in return of an order by the carrier.

CANCELLATION  POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for delivery still and return cost's are at the customer's expense.

TERMS

We will only deliver goods to the address provided on your order. If another delivery address is provided after an order is received, we will make further checks to verify this address and once verified we will dispatch your order accordingly.

Please check parcels are not split or damaged when signing from the courier, if they are please sign for them damaged and contact us if there is a shortage or the goods are damaged. Ensure that you are signing for the correct amount of parcels and that none are missing. If there is not the right amount only sign for the amount you are taking in.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE UK

Any orders are sent via Royal Mail up to 2kg and over 2kg via Parcel Force and require a signature or collection from your local depot. Shipping costs will be added at the time of checkout. To obtain a free quote or to order simply register an account selecting your country, whilst logged in to your account, any products added to your cart will show a shipping price, you can remove the items from your cart at any time before checkout and you are under no obligation to proceed with the order before payment.

Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is 8-9 working days
Rest Of Europe delivery aim: 8-9 working days from dispatch
Worldwide delivery aim: 10-11 working days from dispatch

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

As all orders are currently shipped from UK, you may have additional import fees upon delivery.

USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.
AUSTRALIA – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more
information
NEW ZEALAND - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs

REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to AMPRO, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

AMPRO cannot be held liable for any extra duties or taxes that are charged by Customs and Excise. Claiming back VAT is the responsibility of the customer.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

GOT A SEER SPORTS ACCOUNT?

Log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfilment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information and you can find your tracking information there. 

I DON'T HAVE A SEER SPORTS ACCOUNT YET

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled 'Your order is on the way'. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched. 

*Please note, tracking can take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.
